各区发展改革委、北京经济技术开发区经济发展局,国网北京市电力公司：
按照《北京市发展和改革委员会 北京市财政局 北京市住房和城乡建设委员会关于进一步支持光伏发电系统推广应用的通知》（京发改规〔2020〕6号）要求，现开展本市分布式光伏发电项目补贴名单（2022年第一批）申报工作，并就有关事项通知如下：
一、请各区发展改革部门组织好辖区内分布式光伏发电项目补贴名单（2022年第一批）的宣传和申报工作，会同区电力公司对申报项目的备案材料、补贴申报表审核汇总后，于2022年1月31日前报送我委。项目应采用“自发自用为主，余量上网”模式并网发电，并于2021年12月31日（含）前完成并网。
二、针对个人分布式光伏发电项目出现私自增容、拆除设备、销户、承续等情况，区电力公司应及时汇总并报各区发展改革部门，各区发展改革部门初审后向我委提出个人分布式光伏发电项目变更申请。
三、请各区发展改革部门和国网北京市电力公司做好分布式光伏发电项目管理工作，及时协调解决项目运行过程中的相关问题，定期开展安全检查，严控防火、触电等风险点，确保项目安全高效运行。

1. The development and reform departments of each district shall organize the publicity and application of the subsidy list of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects (the first batch in 2022) within their jurisdiction, review and summarize the filing materials and subsidy application forms of the declared projects together with the district electric Power Company, and submit them to the Commission before January 31, 2022. The project shall adopt the mode of "self-use mainly, surplus online" and be connected to the grid before December 31, 2021 (inclusive).
Ii. In case of any unauthorized expansion, dismantling of equipment, cancellation or continuation of individual distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, the District Electric Power Company shall timely collect and report to the development and reform departments of each district. After preliminary examination, the development and reform departments of each district shall submit an application for changing individual distributed photovoltaic power generation projects to the Committee.
Iii. All district development and reform departments and State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company are requested to do a good job in the management of distributed photovoltaic power generation project, timely coordinate and solve related problems in the project operation process, regularly carry out safety inspection, strictly control fire prevention, electric shock and other risks, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project.
