光伏行业经历过去两年的抢装期,开始回归理性。拥有核心技术优势、项目落地实施能力强的公司开始释放势能,创造出颠覆性并引领未来市场的产品。 1997年创立的天合光能,目前已经是全球领先的光伏智慧能源整体解决方案提供商。这也是创始人高纪凡自信的来源。当年放弃去美国伯克利大学攻读博士学位的机会,在广东的一间陋室里,高纪凡开发出8个填补国内空白、替代进口的化工新产品。随后市场嗅觉敏锐的他,关注到太阳能技术,并创立天合光能。 2018年他曾获评“改革开放40年•最受尊敬的苏商功勋人物”。2019年3月,高纪凡第7次出席“博鳌亚洲论坛2019年年会”,为企业全球化、创新驱动及高质量发展等主题贡献天合智慧。
一 创新产品的 “底牌”实验室
在高纪凡看来,以创新为首的发展战略,可保证天合光能在行业内一直处于领先地位。未来仍旧如此,因为他们有一个极度专业的“光伏科学与技术国家重点实验室”为何称之为极度专业?它凝聚着来自全世界顶尖的专家和人才。至今,该实验室在光伏电池和组件的转换效率、输出功率等方面连续创造和刷新18次世界纪录。 这个在2013年顺利通过科技部验收的实验室,是在发展初期的光伏行业第一轮大洗牌后,高纪凡做出的重要决策,现已发展成为世界级的技术创新平台。“当时很多企业把几十个亿甚至上百亿全去投产能,但是我们更重要的是搞科技创新。”高纪凡说道。截至2018年底,天合光能“光伏科学与技术国家重点实验室”在中国境内的发明专利授权量达284件,发明专利拥有量行业领先,同时主导和参与92项标准制定,其中已发布标准达67项。
自十八大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视生态文明建设和环境保护,将生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”总体布局,并提出“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念,十九大也在谈能源转型、煤炭消费的减少、清洁能源发展,未来清洁能源绿色低碳转型将成为发展的重点方向,创新是光伏行业的未来发展之路。 高纪凡曾表示,中国企业在能源领域的创新投入正在惠及全世界,正在推动全球的能源变革。天合光能经过二十几年韬光养晦,目前在技术研发水平已成厚积簿发之势。
二 技术沉淀带来更高产品价值
当前市场,P型光伏组件大行其道。究其原因,P型电池的技术相对成熟,成本较低,投入产出收益高,承载着光伏系统应用的重要环节,必不可少。天合光能常务副总裁印荣方认为,光伏行业目前有三个演化,第一,市场在演化,第二,商业模式在演化,第三,产品在演化。每家企业都有各自专注的市场和发力点,而天合光能3月份的全新四大组件系列,把P型组件产品进行系列化的细分,抛开单一技术模式的争论,从应用场景和经济性两个维度看,力图进一步降低系统度电成本,给客户带来更高的产品价值。
“自2015年,我们开始在全球范围做组件产品市场应用情况的跟踪调研,这为针对不同光伏应用场景的系列化分类提供重要依据。”印荣方表示。多年沉淀,使得天合光能能够运用成熟工艺将多种主流技术叠加到一起,实现组件功率的大规模量产突破,巩固其在P型组件量产技术及产品性能方面的领导地位。 今年春分之时,天鲸、天鳌、天鳌双核及天雀四大系列组件正式发布,天合光能大规模量产组件的最高功率已达415W。
其中,新品天鳌双核系列双面双玻组件专门针对雪地、沙地等高反射环境,能最大程度发挥双面发电性能,组件背面可提升5%至30%的发电量。长达30年质保期内,结合其低衰减的优势,可额外提升21%的发电量。作为全球首批推动双玻组件产业化的企业之一,天合光能在双玻技术应用领域积累了多年经验。公司现持有28项技术专利,是业内第一家获得TÜV双玻认证的光伏企业,并率先实现批量化生产。“此次新品发布,对于天合光能的双玻组件也可称为二次起步。随着双面技术的突破和应用场景的多样化,结合天合光能在双玻技术上的独特优势,我们相信双玻组件能够得到更广泛的运用,天合光能也希望通过和行业人的共同努力,把这一性能和经济性上都非常优秀的产品,提升到新的应用阶段。”印荣方表示。 此前,受限于成本,传统无边框双玻组件在高风压地区很难兼顾安装的可靠性。如果给双玻组件增加边框,又会增加成本,影响收益,基于此,天合光能全新推出的组件部分边框设计可同时兼顾经济性与可靠性。据悉,某央企在山东申请150MW平价上网项目,业主单位原计划使用固定支架加大尺寸多晶组件,收益率不能达到9%。经过天合光能团队对7个经济性技术方案的对比,最终采纳的大尺寸双面双玻组件加多排联动跟踪支架方案,可以降低度电成本0.27元/kWh,发电量增益达到 19.8%,内部收益率达到9.4%。
三 强者更强的晋级之路
光伏组件的产能目前仍集中在传统的“豪强”手中。根据《光伏变迁见证者》的统计数据,大陆组件产能累计达到177.87GW。晶科、天合光能、晶澳、韩华等老牌光伏企业产能排名均靠前。业内专家判断,光伏行业今年将迎来“分水岭”。强者更强,弱者更弱,甚至退出。 在光伏行业的其他几个主流赛道里面,都诞生过独角兽,资源向“寡头”公司逐步倾斜。企业发挥先行先发优势、研发颠覆性产品才会得到市场关注。“从硅料到硅片,特别是单晶,本身就有集聚效应,从组件端来看,也能看到集聚趋势,尤其随着海外市场的兴起,组件品牌优势会越来越明显,因为老牌企业有全球网络,有更强的抗风险能力,也有足够的交付能力。光伏行业需要对未来不断做预测,而对于未来经营风险的把握,包括未来的产品路线规划,这些企业也会有更好的预判。”印荣方表示。 天合光能四大系列组件的发布,以最高415W的量产输出功率一枝独秀,引领行业,标志着国内光伏企业正式迈入以400W量产输出功率为起点的光伏4.0时代。而随着光伏超低价格时代的推进,从国内外龙头企业高效产品的研究和发布来看,400W+光伏组件规模化应用正强势到来。
