法国物理学家A.E.贝克勒尔意外发现
用两片金属浸入溶液构成的伏特电池
在受到阳光照射时会产生额外的伏特电势
这就是光生伏特效应
后来人们利用这个原理
制造出了可以发电的太阳能电池
我们知道
想要通电,首先得满足两个条件
1、有足够的自由电子
2、这些电子得定向移动
那么,光伏发电的具体原理是什么呢?
