2022年，对新核准陆上风电项目、新备案集中式光伏电站和工商业分布式光伏项目，延续平价上网政策，上网电价按当地燃煤发电基准价执行；新建项目可自愿通过参与市场化交易形成上网电价，以充分体现新能源的绿色电力价值。  对集中式光伏电站、工商业分布式项目而言，这一政策意味着更稳定的电价，收益更加可靠。 同时，本次政策并未提及户用光伏是否执行“平价上网”政策。有分析师指出，考虑到目前产业链价格偏高，不排除给户用保留少量补贴。

At the same time, the policy did not mention whether the implementation of household photovoltaic "affordable Internet access" policy.  Some analysts pointed out that considering the current price of the industrial chain is high, do not rule out reserving a small amount of subsidies for household use.
